Karaka
Marketing materials for a development project in Karaka, under the Finesse brand. I incorporated the Karaka tree's natural greens into the design, creating a unique identity that stands out from other Finesse projects.

Investors pack
The investor's pack serves as a tool for business development, presenting past and ongoing projects, offering a comprehensive overview of Finesse's design and construction capabilities.
Showroom design
Development of showhome marketing collateral to highlight the special features that set Finesse properties apart, from quality materials and finishes to the functionality of each space.


Lakeside
Branding, marketing collateral, digital and print assets, site signage, scrim, web assets, project capture (photography), showhome signage.
Office fitout
As a part of a long-term project, I was responsible for designing themes and curating furnishings for each of our meeting rooms alongside the new brand identity.


Client gifting
A gift pack including a comprehensive homeowner guide that highlights the products and features of the buyers new home, alongside items created by local artisans, reflecting the history of the region and aligning with the development brand.

Bricklayer's
pocket book
A bricklayers toolkit to improve the quality of workmanship on site, outlining every part of the process from safe site setup to identifying faults and defects. I also designed a stainless steel gauge, an innovative tool that bricklayers and site managers can use to ensure the work is correct to specifications.
Zero Harm
Supporting the Zero Harm team with safety signage, toolkits, information sheets and induction design.
Sitetopia
Creating an induction space reminiscent of a Narnia experience where visitors and contractors enter the site through a branded shipping container and emerge on the other side, fully inducted, aware of site rules, hazards and emergency processes.

Zero Harm guides
These guides covered many aspects of site safety including vehicle movement, nail gun safety, ergonomics, evacuation, spills instruction, testing and tagging and more. All included visual graphics and examples. These are regularly used as refresher toolboxes on site.
Reinduction
A post-New Year event that ensured a smooth return of all staff members to the site.

There were four key focus areas: Induction, hazardous materials, vehicle movement, and working at heights. I designed activities and worksheets for each area to engage staff and refresh their memory on site safety.
